Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Minooka Primary Center - Minooka, IL

Schedule: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM

Contract Dates: 02/23/26 - 05/21/26

Position Overview:
We are excited to invite a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at Minooka Primary Center for a rewarding school-based position. As an OT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students' developmental, functional, and academic skills through high-quality therapy services tailored to the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to help students meet their IEP goals.
• Perform screenings, thorough evaluations, and ongoing assessments of student needs.
• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans to foster student growth.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress and success.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of therapy services.
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions to advocate for student needs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois OT license.
• Preferred experience working with school-aged children.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and organization.
