Collins Comfort Masters, a leader in the home services industry, is seeking engaging Brand Ambassadors to work alongside our home improvement retail partners across the valley. In this dynamic role, you will represent our company, engaging with customers at prime retail locations (Home Depot) while showcasing our exceptional HVAC products and services. Your goal is to collect customer information, schedule in‑home consultations with our experts, and repeat with the next lead—simple as that. Key Points This full‑time or part‑time position is based in the field. Saturdays are required; Fridays & Sundays are preferred (typically 4+ hour shifts). The retail stores are located across the valley and you may be asked to work at several locations within Maricopa, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Laveen. What’s In It For Me? Key Responsibilities Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image. Maintain and utilize the kiosk/display/end‑cap to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC or water products and services. Initiate communication with prospective customers by proactively greeting & engaging in informative discussions, and schedule a sales appointment. Educate and build awareness about the HVAC & water treatment programs for customers and store employees. Achieve specified position KPIs and goals. Qualifications A person who enjoys face‑to‑face interaction while being outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated. Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection. Present a positive and optimistic attitude. Must be a self‑starter with a result‑driven disposition. Active listener able to ask open‑ended discovery questions to potential customers. Intuitive ability to gauge customer interest. Must be detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills. Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment from potential customers. Ability to stand for 4‑8 hours at a time. Ability to use a smartphone & tablet utilizing apps, email, and text. Flexible availability is ideal but the ability to work weekends is a must.
